Capitol Cryo launched in 2017 with a passion to help others with a simple, fast and effective form of therapy to reduce pain and inflammation and minimize recovery time from muscle fatigue or injury.
We are a family owned and operated business drawing on a modern view of health, wellness and spirit. Our aim is to enhance our clients quality of life, whether they’ve come to us for overall well being, to address a medical or physical condition, perform better in sports, or to look and feel younger and healthier!

Hi I'm Tanah Lines
(The Owner)
I want to welcome you to our family. My mother, Lynn Rouse and I started this new journey just over two years ago. We made Capitol Cryo our passion and we're dedicated to providing you with the highest quality services and helping you get pain free all at an affordable price.
I, Tanah, was born and raised in Turner, Oregon. After Graduating high school in 2011, I went to college of Hair and Design for esthetics. I then worked at Oregon Garden Resort (Moonstone Spa), where I was a licensed esthetician performing Yonka facials, waxing, and body treatments. Years following this I went on to studying and receiving my certification for Advanced Aesthetics. I then became a stay at home mom, and took some time to spend with my son, Stetson.
In March of 2018 I began my journey with Capitol Cryo. I started out as a cryoskin technician. With Capitol Cryo also having procedures that focus on beauty, I love the fact my clients can leave feeling younger and healthier.
In the Summer of 2019 the previous owners decided they wanted to sell the business. From there I went to my parents with a dream to help others, and to continue the work of Capitol Cryo. For me, helping others is a passion, not just a job. So that’s when we decided that Capitol Cryo was our next journey in this life. When bought Capitol Cryo as a family with hopes to spread the amazingness of cryotherapy.
My mother and I are always thinking of ways to improve our business and provide the highest quality services. We wanted to find more ways to reach all our clients' hopes and dreams for a one stop shop. As of spring of 2021 we made the decision to expand our business and add more spa and beauty procedures to our shop. With the hopes of opening our new addition by the new year, adding an infrared sauna, teeth whitening, facials, waxing, botox, fillers, and more.
As our dreams became true, we hosted a grad opening of our new one stop shop to the public on January 15th 2022. We now offer cryoskin body sculpting, facials, waxing, lip fillers, B12 shots, lipotropic shots, Vitamin D3 injections, IV drip therapy, botox, whole body cryotherapy, local pain treatments, cryotherapy facials, infrared Sauna, and more advance aesthetic service coming soon. We’re here to give you nothing but the best.
Meet Lynn
(The Owner)
Lynn grew up in eastern Oregon, on a small cattle farm, and moved to the valley to go to cinderella modeling school. She did Runway, commercial photoshoots, and met a lot of wonderful people.
Lynn met her adorable husband, Ward, and had a beautiful daughter Tanah. She then started to do investments buying and selling manufactured homes with her business partner Robin Hughes. Her husband and she wanted to invest in Capitol Cryo to help Tanah pursue her career. They love Capitol Cryo and the opportunity to help so many people. They love to help others with chronic pain using cryotherapy and Normatec! Helping them express their inner beauty through facials, cryoskin treatment, and celluma is always a joy for them! Lynn loves that this is a great opportunity for Tanah and her to have a small business and work together.
HannaH Schmidt
(Manager)
HannaH graduated from Scio High School in 2015. She began working through the state of Oregon as a caregiver. She has always had a passion for helping others. In 2017 she married her high school sweetheart Nikolas.
In June of 2020 her daughter Roselyn was born. Hannah had to undergo an emergency c-section with her daughter which came with lots of postpartum back pain, fatigue, and an imbalance of hormones. We have know HannaH and her family for years, she reached out in hopes to find some relief from all of her recent body changes, that's when Hannah fell in love with Cryotherapy.
After Hannah's first visit to Capitol Cryo, Lynn offered her a receptionist job. In 2021 as our business began to grow, and we needed a lead employee. She was then named Manager in January of 2021. She has watched and help Capitol Cryo go from 5 clients a day to up to 20+ clients a day. This kind of success comes from her dedication to Capitol Cryo and the love she has for each of her clients.
In May of 2022 HannaH welcomed her 2nd daughter Evelyn to the Cryo family. HannaH has many Goals for the future, including helping Capitol Cryo open a second location in 2025. Hannah Welcomed her 3rd little girl in June of 2024, Promise Christine.
HannaH see Capitol Cryo as her 4th baby and will do anything to help her clients, employees, and the owners. End goal for her is to see Capitol Cryo grow, standing side by side with Owner Tanah.

Corina Doctrine
(Doctor and Medical Director)
Dr. Corina Doctrine is dedicated to providing the highest quality care and is dedicated to helping clients achieve their health goals. Her passion stemmed from her love for her grandmother who suffered with chronic metabolic syndrome. Her quality of life continued to deteriorate while she was on multiple pharmaceuticals. Dr. Doctrine was determined to explore what health is , what causes disease and how do one heal from ot if that was possible. become healthy and free of disease.
She graduated from Everglades University in Boca Raton Florida with a bachelor in Alternative Medicine and later on went to achieve her doctorate in Naturopathic Medicine at the National College of Natural Medicine in Portland Oregon. Dr. Doctrine has a passion for aesthetic medicine, weight loss, Intravenous therapy, exercise, lifestyle counseling, detoxification, nutrition and bioidentical hormone therapies. Her slogan is "beauty inside out". She believes that if you are healthy on the inside, it will show on the outside. Her desire is for patients to take their health into their own hands, as health is a "lifestyle" and one has to be mentally, emotionally and physically invested. During her free time, she enjoys caring for her indoor tropical plants and spending quality time with her family.
